Support for Anxiety, Depression, Stress, or Life Purpose

FAQs

What happens on the consultation call?

This is a chance for both of us to discuss briefly what issues you may be facing, whether we are a good fit together, as well as our availability to meet. You can book a free call here.

What happens in the first session?

The first session may be a good time to
talk through expectations and what you would like to get from counselling.

What do you specialise in?

A lot of my experience in supporting others has centred around anxiety, depression, stress and finding purpose. You can find more about my experience here.

How do you work as a counsellor?

I am a person-centred counsellor. This supports the idea that you are the expert of your own life. Through the right conditions provided in sessions, you’re able to build self-awareness: to develop, change and grow.

What do I need to talk about?

The direction you wish to take in our time together is entirely down to you. A big part is simply making the time for yourself through counselling: allowing you to explore the honest and vulnerable parts of yourself safely.

What qualifications do you have?

I’m a fully qualified member of the counselling body BACP. I have worked with a variety of adults, both online and in person, for many years. You can see a full list of my experience and qualifications here.
